Part I. General provisions

1.1. This Terms of Service (hereinafter - Agreement) defines the terms of use of the information search service through open sources and publicly available internet database leaks and websites (hereinafter - Service), hosted on the website www.ifu.app (hereinafter - Site).

1.2. The owner and administrator of the Site is OSINT Losena Ltd.

1.3. By using the Service, the user confirms their agreement with the terms of this Agreement. If the user does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Service.

PART 2. Terms of use of the Service

2.1. The Service is provided to the user "as is", without any warranties from the Site administration.
2.2. The user bears full responsibility for the use of the Service, as well as for any results and consequences related to the use of the Service.
2.3. The Site administration is not responsible for the accuracy, relevance, or legality of the information found using the Service.
2.4. The Site administration does not guarantee that the search results do not contain personal information. The user independently assesses and checks the search results for the presence of personal data.
2.5. The user undertakes not to use the obtained information for illegal purposes and not to transfer it to third parties without the consent of the personal data subject.
2.6. The Site administration reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time, without prior notice to users.

PART 3. Limitation of liability

3.1. The Site administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the user in connection with the use of the Service.
3.2. The Site administration is not responsible for the actions of users related to the use of the obtained information, as well as for any violations of the law committed by the user in the process of using the Service.
3.3. The Site administration is not responsible for the preservation and confidentiality of any information obtained by the user as a result of using the Service.
3.4. The Site administration is not responsible for any damage caused to the user or third parties as a result of using the Service, including damage caused by possible errors, omissions, interruptions in the operation of the Service, deletion of data, or incorrect operation of the Service.

PART 4. Protection of copyrights and intellectual property

4.1. All rights to materials posted on the Site belong to the Site administration and are protected in accordance with the legislation on the protection of copyright and intellectual property.
4.2. Any copying, distribution, transmission, or other use of materials posted on the Site without the written consent of the Site administration constitutes a violation of copyright and intellectual property rights.

PART 5. Dispute resolution

5.1. In case of any disagreements or disputes between the Site administration and the user related to the use of the Service, the parties will take all measures to resolve them through negotiations.
5.2. If the parties are unable to agree on the resolution of the dispute through negotiations, the dispute shall be resolved in court at the location of the Site administration in accordance with the applicable legislation.

PART 6. Payment for the service and guarantees

6.1. The payment for the service of using the Service is a payment exclusively for the process of searching for information through open sources and publicly available internet database leaks and websites.
6.2. The Site administration does not guarantee the user to receive specific results or to find specific information in the process of using the Service. Payment for the service is not related to providing guarantees for obtaining desired results.
6.3. If the user does not obtain the desired results during the use of the Service, the payment for the services is non-refundable, as the payment is made only for providing access to the search capabilities, not for the final search results.
6.4. Payment for the online services of the project is made using IFU tokens.
6.5. Tokens can be purchased within the user's personal account.
6.6. The current value of one IFU token is $20, but it may periodically change in both upward and downward directions.
6.7. When purchasing a certain amount of tokens in bulk, discounts and bonuses may apply.
6.8. Purchased tokens can be used at any time and have no usage deadlines.
6.9. Purchased tokens are non-refundable.

PART 7. Final provisions

7.1. This Agreement is drawn up in accordance with the legislation and comes into force from the moment the user starts using the Service.
7.2. If one or more provisions of this Agreement become invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
